Incident Details
The child, Manraj Singh, son of finance professional Jaspreinder Singh from Jagriti Vihar Extension, sustained a deep cut near his eye while playing at home. His parents rushed him to Bhagyashree Hospital, expecting professional care.
According to the family, the hospital staff refused to stitch the wound, claiming that stitches would leave a scar on the child’s face.
